August 2011-Canson & Ampersand Award of Merit for "Rose of Sharon" as "Autumn" & "Rose of Sharon" were accepted into the Alabama Pastel Society Juried show "You've got that Magic Dust".
May, 2011 "Summer Nights" was accepted into the Pastel Painters of Maine's 12th International Juried Exhibition "Pastels Only"
April/May 2011 People's Choice Award for Lady in Red -Featured Artists Gala, Athens, Georgia
February, 2011- "Lady in Red" Oil on linen was juried into the Grandeur Juried International Exhibit 2011.
October 2010- APS is proud to announce the "President/Officers Choice Award for Outstanding Work of Art"(for the paintings "Fruit and Flowers"and "Sunflower & Apples").
September 2010-2 paintings-"Sunflower & Apples" , and " Fruit and Flowers" are accepted into a National Pastel Society show in Birmingham, Alabama
February 2010-Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union commissions a painting for their "Kids at heart Program, Children's Hospital Boston.
December 2009-January 2010 "Get in Shape for Women" feature my artwork October-December 2009 Essex Art Center Teacher's Art Show June 2009 Corporate purchase:St. Alfio Society New Paint painting purchased for the St. Alfio Society, Lawrence Ma. June 2009 all 5 TV shows are now available on DVD. May 2009, New Glorious Color! DVD's are entered in to the MVLC Library Consortium for circulation March 2009-We just finished taping episode 5 of Glorious Color! and 1-4 are being televised on MCTV channel 22.If you cannot get this channel, they are also available on line at my website and soon to be available from madisonartshop.com in New Jersey. January2009-My TV Series "Glorious Color" Episode one-Paints, Palettes and Brushes"is airing on MVTV and is out on DVD... 3 other episodes are done and waiting to be aired. 2009-2008 Received "Picturing America Grant"from the National Endowment for the Humanities in conjunction with the Massachusetts Cultural Council and the Methuen Cultural Council. October/November 2007- JDCU (Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union) opens a branch office in Methuen and purchases 10 of my local landscapes both pastel and oil to decorate their lobby and offices. October 2007- Commissioned to create the Methuen Historical Society Pen and Ink Holiday Cards of the Tenney Gates, The Tenney Gate House, The Methuen Memorial Music Hall and The Nevins Memorial Library.They are available for sale through the Methuen Historical Society.
