I am currently accepting portrait commissions in your choice of oil or pastel.

One half of the cost is due at the time of booking the appointment with balance due upon completion and approval.

Classes- SCHEDULE
OIL PAINTING, PASTEL PAINTING AND CHARCOAL- Beginning to Intermediate I am now accepting students who are just starting out in this wonderful world of art. This small class will focus on still life setups as we explore drawing, composition, and painting techniques. You may work in the medium of your choice - charcoal, pastel or oil paints which you should bring with you to class. Please call for a materials list. Materials are as important to the artist and will enhance your progress. Artists already with some experience will continue to build on technique and composition. Classes are held on Thursday's 4:30-6:30 PM

Advance signup is required.
$120.00 for advance payment for 6 weeks. $25.00 drop in rate (please call first to see if there is room) The people who sign up for six weeks do get priority.
PASTEL PAINTING
Essex Art Center, 56 Island St., Lawrence, Ma - Beginning/Intermediate pastel / oil classes. Experience the beauty and luminosity one can achieve through the use of of soft pastels. Learn how to use pastels and how to care for them. Also Oil painting for all levels...Experience the excitement of working in oils! Working at your own pace, with emphasis on originality and creativity, you will be guided from basic composition through a completed painting. Work from photographs or still life. No supplies are provided by EAC. Contact me or Essex Art Center for a materials list. Class limited to 10.
